They've already started the repairing and renovation process, which is the best time to do soil treatment / slab injection. It doesn't interfere with the renovation, both can be done simultaneously.
This service includes ceiling spray too. In terms of Prevention, this is the best method. This treatment comes with warranty as well (up to 5 years warranty).
Treatment Description - Step by Step:
Drilling of holes every 2 feet apart, on the ground along the walls, internal and external part of the building.
Injecting of termiticide at the right concentration into each hole with pressure.
Drilled holes will be then covered with cement color similar to the tiles.
Spraying of termiticide directly at all areas infested with termites (if there's active termites).
Garden spray.
Ceiling spray.
Free general pest control spray for ants and cockroaches.
